Frequently asked questions
What aircraft does FlyJordanAirline operate?
Our fleet has four aircraft types: Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and Airbus A330-900neo for long-haul, Airbus A321neo for mid-haul, and Boeing 737 MAX 8 for regional routes. Every aircraft is configured with three cabin classes (Business, Premium Economy or Economy Plus, Economy) and offers Wi-Fi, in-seat power, and HD seatback entertainment.
#Where does FlyJordanAirline fly?
From our hub at Queen Alia International (AMM) in Amman, Jordan, we serve 6 international destinations including London Heathrow, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Dubai, New York JFK, and Cairo. See the destinations page for the full route map.
#What is the cabin altitude on FlyJordanAirline long-haul flights?
Our Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and Airbus A330-900neo both maintain a 6,000-foot equivalent cabin altitude at cruise - significantly lower than the 8,000-foot industry standard on legacy widebodies. Combined with higher cabin humidity, this reduces jet lag and dehydration on long-haul routes.
#Does FlyJordanAirline serve dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, diabetic, low-sodium, and child meals are available on all flights at no extra cost. Pre-order at least 24 hours before departure through our customer service inbox.
#How can I get in touch?
Email us at hello@flyjordanairline.com or use the contact form. We don't list a phone number - all enquiries route through the inbox so they can be triaged and answered in writing, with sources where relevant.
